The DemoS creates groupings in continuous flow, they are presented to the shrink wrapper with a step allowing entry into the wrapper cycler or even directly into the film wrapping module. The synchronization is perfect: our DemoS module is 100% slave to the shrink wrapper. This continuous operation eliminates most shocks and friction between containers - a guarantee of silence and protection of the containers but also of better efficiency.
The DemoS creates groupings without ever having a container pushing another one. Beyond avoiding hits, this also allows to deal with difficult shaped containers.
