Our DemoS solution creates complete layers of containers ready to be picked up by a palletizing robot.

The DemoS creates layers of containers in continuous flow and in the majority of cases the arrival of the containers does not stop when the robot picks up the layers. This continuous operation eliminates most shocks and friction between containers - a guarantee of silence and protection of your containers but also of better efficiency.

The DemoS creates the layers without ever having a container pushing another one, beyond the elimination of shocks it also makes possible to deal with difficult shapes (conical, pots, with over-lid, etc.) and to present the grouping in the exact configuration of the layer which will be deposited. This makes possible to eliminate all movements within the gripping head of the palletizing robot, drastically reducing and simplifying this equipment.
