Maximization of your savings with our Nest’pall and Opti’Nest tools
Nest'Pall is Femaag’s pallet pattern design tool. It allows to quickly define, for a particular grouping, which are the best staggering pattern and the associated pallet patterns that will mamimize the pallet loading.
Nest'Pall is very precise as it takes into account the compression applied on the container (soft bottles), the nesting rate of the packs and the accepted pallet overhangs.
Opti'Nest offers you the posibility to go one step further in maximizing the loading rate of your pallets and the savings generated by the nested packs by defining the optimum diameter for your containers.
Validation of your solution
